This week on Let’s Talk About Mental Health – mistakes

Hello and happy Monday! I know it’s not everyone’s favourite day of the week, and I used to struggle with Monday mornings myself, but a while ago I made a conscious decision to choose positive energy on a Monday morning so that I’d be in a better frame of mind at the start of each week and it actually works! 🙂

Anyway, I’m continuing to work on my podcast and blog Let’s Talk About Mental Health and this week the topic is Let’s Talk About… Mistakes. I’ll be talking about how to see mistakes as a learning opportunity that can actually be a positive thing for your mental health and wellbeing, and how to be OK with making a mistake when it inevitably happens. You can read this week’s blog here, or find the podcast via your preferred platform (Google Podcasts, Spotify or YouTube http://only – for more platforms visit the LTAMH Podcast page). I’ve also launched a weekly Mental Health Talk newsletter which is released each Friday morning (Australian time) and is full of general stuff about mental health and wellbeing – you can read the current issue here.

In other news, I’m working on a new book which I’m planning to release in the first half of 2020 (can somebody tell me how next year is 2020 already?!), and I’m looking forward to sharing more about that in the coming months.

If you haven’t already signed up to mailing list for Let’s Talk About Mental Health, please do so at the bottom of any page on the website ( Thanks for your ongoing support and have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
