Hello and happy Monday! I know it’s not everyone’s favourite day of the week, and I used to struggle with Monday mornings myself, but a while ago I made a conscious decision to choose positive energy on a Monday morning so that I’d be in a better frame of mind at the start of each week and it actually works! 🙂
Anyway, I’m continuing to work on my podcast and blog Let’s Talk About Mental Health and this week the topic is Let’s Talk About… Mistakes. I’ll be talking about how to see mistakes as a learning opportunity that can actually be a positive thing for your mental health and wellbeing, and how to be OK with making a mistake when it inevitably happens. In other news, I’m working on a new book which I’m planning to release in the first half of 2020 (can somebody tell me how next year is 2020 already?!), and I’m looking forward to sharing more about that in the coming months.
