This week I have a huge amount going on work-wise and in my personal life, and so I’m reprioritising and taking a micro break in some areas. That means still producing my core content (the Let’s Talk About Mental Health podcast, the weekly Let’s Talk About Mental Health TV video on YouTube/IGTV and social media content) but no blog here and no vlog. I’m spending a lot of extra time on those things that, frankly, I just don’t have this week and so something had to give. Thanks for understanding!
